RETURN & REFUND POLICY — Beyond the Lens

Because every print is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please check your size selection carefully before ordering.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRINTS

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product listing, we will replace it or issue a full refund — your choice.

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Email duarte@beyondthelens.store within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
  3. We will review your request within 2 business days
  4. If approved, your replacement will be produced and shipped at no additional cost, or a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins. After production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
